Holiday Exchanges for Online Customers
First of all, thanks for a great Holiday season. Customers seemed to shop late this year; but when they did, it was like opening the flood gate.
Our orders are shipped with return instructions and return mailing label. It would be very helpful, and speed up the exchange process, if returned items contain a copy of the invoice and instructions on what you would like us to do.
Dahle’s Copper Canyon basics are mostly in stock all year. In most cases these are easy to exchange for another size or color. Seasonal fashion items are not carried over, and may be more difficult to exchange for a like item. Please include an e-mail address with your return so we may contact you to discuss any problems.
